Vegan main course at the ICLIF Foundation 'A Night With Jane Goodall' dinner. Many thanks to the organisers for taking steps to ensure there were vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. This one is a tortilla wrap filled with vegetables and beans, on a bed of zucchini slices, garnished with broccoli and rocket leaves. I seriously don't remember eating anything because I was so excited about seeing Dr Jane again. If it weren't for these photographs, I wouldn't have recalled eating anything but my fingernails in my nervousness.
