A friend and I went there today with great hope to dine in an environment filled with Doraemon (although i am not a big fan). Once we are greeted at the door, the waiter informed us that the shop is full and have no seats left. Then we asked how long do we need to wait and here comes the bombastic part, he said it is useless to wait. We were stunted and we insisted to go in and wait. Then after 10-15 mins of waiting and taking photos, no one came to us or ask us to be patient, Then we decided to go to the counter to check with the boss who had been sitting there since we stepped in and she witnessed the whole thing but did not do anything about it. Then we asked her how this business is going to run that way, we came all the way here just to dine here but the waiters did not seem welcoming.

Then, she said that these waiters are students and they do not know how to serve customers. Then I was like, if the students do not know what to do, then what happened to their boss? Then we said we saw empty tables at the end of the room and asked whether we can sit. Then she replied saying she can arrange the seat but cannot guarantee the food to be served. Then we said ok to wait since we have come so far.
then, after we are seated, no one gave us the menu. I have to go to the counter to collect my own menu. Then, when we were to order, those waiters just ignored us. and then the interesting part is that the boss told us that if we were to use the coupon, we will need to wait even longer because the boss has no time to come out to scan the code which I find it so lame as an excuse. Hence, we did not manage to redeem this coupon.

I hope this can be improved otherwise you will lose customers which eventually lead to business closure.

Also, when we asked for the noodles in this deal, i was still able to spot mince meat in my noodles. Can't they take vegetarian seriously?

I had the same experience too. Maybe they are not so aware of vegetarianism or were just overloaded with customer's order during peak hours? Since the first time I always emphasize that I want my food out of meat and they eventually made it to my expectation. Just give them another chance, hahaha!
