Just discovered this nice Kepong restaurant on KindMeal! The petai tofu is very nice, with mashed pieces of petai blended into a rich sauce to accompany the soft, smooth tofu. The Marmite pork is delicious too, with a thick sauce that's perfect to go with rice.

The San Bei mushroom dish is fragrantly cooked with basil leaves, while the salted fish kailan is fresh and tasty.

The prices are reasonable with generous portions. Will definitely be back to try more dishes!

As I’m still quite jetlagged, I haven’t gotten around to making any complex raw vegan dishes yet. Plus I'm busy working on my second eBook on more Asian raw vegan recipes 😁😁😁

Since KindMeal.my has a new addition, I thought I’d check them out. Using the meal deal, we got 15% off the dishes.

We had the:
- San Bei Monkeyhead Mushrooms (small) RM21
- Petai Tofu (small) RM18
- 2 brown rice RM6

It was a delicious lunch! I look forward to trying out the rest of the dishes there.

Note this is a vegetarian restaurant and vegan options are not clearly marked. I double confirmed with them that they don’t use any eggs in their dishes at all and those that I ordered had no milk either. I did spot a butter tofu rice dish in their sets so if you’re vegan, be sure to check ahead to ensure they’re no dairy.

Also remember for the Kindmeal meal deal, this only applies to the main dishes and not the rice/noodle/set meals.

Staff were courteous and the dishes arrived quickly. The place is nice and clean. They've only been open for 6 months. We found street parking quite easily as well, the difficult part was the ticketing machine to pay for our parking ticket.
