【水粿】(6 - 7碗)
材料 :
(A) 粘米粉 150gm ,薯粉 25gm ,澄粉25gm,水 200ml , 油 1汤匙,盐1茶匙。
(B) 煮滚热水 450ml
做法:
1. 将材料 A 混合均匀之后,倒入煮滚了的 450ml水 ,搅拌均勻,【要边冲边搅拌】。
3. 小碗摸上油入锅蒸热 5 分种,将粉漿倒入已蒸热的碗中,以大火蒸 20 分钟即可,待水粿冷切后取出,淋上醬料食用。
配料:
(A) 菜蒲150gm,素瘦肉片(一小碗)切粒状 ,油 1汤匙 ,水(少许),少许素蠔油,黑醬油(半汤匙),醬油(半汤匙),糖(半汤匙),少许薯粉水勾茨。注:调味可随喜增减。
1 . 锅热油先爆香素瘦肉片,再炒香菜蒲 加入调味及少许的水。
