This is special! I haven't seen this before... I didn't know stinky tofu got vegetarian version? What ingredient that makes it non vegetarian?

I think some may add prawn powder when they ferment the tofu, like kimchi. And some consider garlic in the chilli sauce not suitable for Buddhist vegetarian.
