AzlanAlladin   Nov 2nd 2016 at 8:01AM   1   ▼ I think the base is usually nuts or beans. Cashews are pretty popular. This one is made of mainly chickpeas. Not that i miss cheese, it tastes ok and u dont get the same kinda melting
