I'm so spoiled by the German bread. Had "Homesick" so I baked this Eurostyle Wholewheat bread with a rustical crust, soft and fluffy inside. Perfect to have an open-faced toast with salmon, rucola and cream cheese for Breakfast!
I'll have to think of something similar, vegan and human-approved to sub the Salmon.
Added some thyme for aroma and it's coconut oil brushed.
*Note: It's almost the size of half a football.
