Hello, Muffin buns with beet patty, king oyster mushroom, KaiLan (Malaysian Kale) ;) and pumpkin sauce.

All from scratch...I just had a feeling to make patties, I experimented with 4 batches with slight changes in ingredients, for different texture and taste. The best was so far the latest batch made with beet patties, mellow sweet, not too soft or dry, just nice with the desired texture.

Yes, crazy enough, I made my own muffin buns as well.
