Curry Udon with Pickled Vegetables as a side. I just wish they are in Kindmeal to support their causes !! They are so vegetarian vegan and environmental friendly! This curry is surprisingly not sweet. Love the aroma of the spices, sweetness of carrots and potatoes which aren't mushy soft. It was firm and flavourful. I am not a fan of udon, but this is just so good. Yum yum.
