This apple thyme pie is really interesting! Apple a little too sour but the thyme blends into the flavour pretty well. Wish they would put more thyme leaves hahahaha maybe put a whole bunch on top. On the side they'd serve cold cream and hula Melaka for you to balance out the sweetness of this dessert 👌🏻😍
