Hehehehe, yummy iced Cha Soba!!!! Bouncy, chewy, fragrant. The green tea taste is obvious but not too strong.Comes with seaweed and spring onion. I didn't eat the egg lol. I forgot to ask them to exclude it.
The egg is the uniqueness of this dish! Supposed to blend in and eat with the soba. The egg is pasteurised, safe to consume raw. Very common among Japanese dish to blend in raw egg. (sorry, not vegan here)
