Presenting Cincai noodles.I think I heard the word chickpeas and pesto yesterday. Felt like having both. But....
Was too tired and lazy to make pesto. So I just threw everything into the wok (loads of Basil...again hehe). I added miso as the base ,crushed good old ginger and garlic as well.
Sounds weird but it tasted good. Maybe it's because I added my favourite stuffs inside.
