Description
Nice to eat cold; has an interesting texture if eaten at room temperature. (It's the vegan version of ice cream)

The base is usually frozen bananas. If you don't have frozen bananas, add ice into the blender.

I added psyllium husk to increase the soluble fibre content and to thicken the consistency. Same goes to the reason Avocado is added. Avocado is a good source of pantothenic acid, dietary fiber, vitamin K, copper, folate, vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin E, and vitamin C. However is high in calories, so use sparingly.
