今早繼續我的印度風,所以有簡單的(Bread uppittu/Bread upma)
來自南印度的一個麵包料理,以麵包爲主角在用不同的辛香料一起煮就OK😊
就趕緊把坐冷板凳久久久的白麵包從雪櫃裡取出來,湊合香料就立馬動工😆
食材很簡單👇🏾
a)白麵包6-7片(剪成所需的小塊狀)
b)油 3tbsp
c)芥菜籽 1/2tsp
小茴香籽 1tsp
d)黑扁豆1tsp(我用黃扁豆代替
咖喱葉 兩根(取葉子部份
青辣椒 兩根(切細段
花生 1/4杯(洗淨,稍微抹乾
e)薑黃粉 1tsp
鹽,黃糖適量
f)檸檬汁 半顆
g)莞荽葉 少許(切碎
作法👇🏾
1.a的麵包切塊備用
2.溫鍋放b+c炒出香味+d一起炒香,花生拌炒至脆熟
3.加入e拌均勻+倒入a的麵包塊一起拌炒均勻上色即可熄火+f拌均勻即可
4.g料撒在麵包上面就OK
備註:原食譜有放大蔥,所以有吃五辛的朋友可以在步驟d過後放入大蔥條炒至透明
