然後又用自養的黑豆天唄寶寶做了一款健康素肉丸金瓜咖喱😊
老樣子,素肉丸沒過多的添加成份😊只有黑豆天唄寶寶,有機快熟燕麥,鷹嘴豆粉為主料

白米 240g(大概今早的量
cumin seeds 1tsp
黑胡椒粒少許打碎
bay Leaf 2小片
cinnamon 1節
cloves 3顆
芫荽碎一小把
鹽巴適量
椰子油適量(原油是用ghee)
-白米洗淨泡水20min再瀝乾
-溫鍋,放椰子油炒香cumin seeds
