今晚是惹人落淚的一餐
只因為蔥蔥有在紅醬裏😂
不要本的下足有機大番茄四粒，小番茄不知幾粒
香料大概的撒，猶豫了一會的洋蔥也給下去🤣只因為老爺子喜歡蔥
有機柔碎敲成碎碎粒當偽肉碎
早期自製的純素丸子也派上用場，墊在上面很有感
有機綠豆義大利麵不錯吃，應該會是老爺子接受的口感（他不喜歡純正義大利的口感😅）
還有一個不懂什麼名堂的坡特菇料理😂
煮就是了啦🤣
先焗烤坡特菇，再來煮偽芝士醬汁
水煮馬鈴薯，後淋橄欖油和少許黑胡椒鹽巴
沙拉菜菜給一點
完畢😆
