給自己的一點甜😄
純素 少油黑糖麥片紅蘿蔔旦糕
這次用誠食 Honest Food的premium黑糖來做蛋糕，烤的時候是完全的黑糖香氣飄出來😯讓我有驚艷
因為買過不同牌子，這還是頭一回給配角搶了主角的戲份😂
因為自己吃，所以加了我最愛的有機肉桂粉和薑粉
全麥粉和綜合麥片，奇亞籽，核桃腰果不能少
很是喜歡，很純粹的味道
認真相信飲食是可以慢慢培養，也可以越吃越純粹
簡單的食材，乾淨的味道，越吃越有味
