是天氣熱
但，還是無法阻止要煮酸辣湯的念頭😂
所以做好最後一輪清潔工就立馬換鍋鏟煮菜（每次煮sambal，整間家都必須抹地抹櫥櫃😅再來噴消毒水，開香薰⋯給整個空間充滿精油味，我那心理有油感才會消除）
菇菇酸辣湯（基本香料加自製冬蔭醬）
紫梅雜糧飯
炸物（現成阿桂，自製炸G塊）
自製炸物沾醬（用之前做好的辣椒沾醬，額外加入鳳梨泥和梨子丁，香菜碎，辣酸甜都有😄
炒蕹菜
