素 甜菜根扁豆咖喱
還是一鍋走天下😂
我知道它紅豔得嚇人，但我擔保它絕對好吃
沒有土味，沒有負擔的大口喝著咖喱湯（因為無椰漿）我自己真的吃了兩大碗，因為太喜歡這樣的一鍋煮
食材如圖
有機混合扁豆，包菜，紅蘿蔔，甜菜根，蕃茄，玉米，青椒
香料是香茅，薑片，小辣椒，辣椒乾，咖喱葉，月桂葉，肉桂，小茴香，丁香，mustard seed，自製咖哩粉，自製garam masala，薑黃粉，鹽巴，有機椰子油
