是煮給我爸爸的飯
因為有我喜歡的坡特菇，想到爸爸沒吃過😬所以把它跟洋蔥，杏鮑菇，金瓜一起炒香香，加入姐姐買的日本米一起煮
而我家的就是用印度米，炒香的洋蔥菇（沒金瓜）
分開兩碗，個別蒸熟即可
再炒個絲瓜蛋（爸爸家吃習慣的搭配）給爸爸配飯
然後，很少出現的果汁也在今早出現
因為剛收成的苜蓿芽沒拿來打過汁😂所以好奇那味道
就火龍果+苜蓿芽+羽衣甘藍+藍莓+杏仁
打好再放一點橄欖油，即可
