金瓜紅棗白玉菇牛蒡湯
(一樣隔水煮大概一個半小時,湯水清甜帶天然核桃油脂,無需調味亦美味)
汆燙蘆筍拌百合
(汆燙蘆筍拌酪梨油,後煮紅蘿蔔百合加少許自製香菇粉調味即可)
炸鮑魚菇
(是現成炸物,我用空氣炸鍋代勞☺️再搭上小番茄解油膩,然後可以繼續吃多一點😂
蒸雜糧飯
(多加有機紅薏仁和有機亞麻籽,蒸好微溫放自製甜菜根粉拌均勻)
