晚餐主角是香豆腐（純素哦☺️
食譜來自Whats Ever師傅的蒜香莧菜香豆腐
是收藏很久的一個食譜，一直沒有做
那天隔壁小豪請吃臭豆腐，老爺給我看份量和價錢，說價錢有點美
我就心生念頭改天來學做😬
買到了有機莧菜和香料
卻忽略家裡的腐乳不太適合但已經來不及😅硬著頭皮試看看
我只是改成純素的，醃製7天，味道沒有很重
那台式泡菜是現有的（之前醃製好，也是常備小菜）
辣椒沾醬的其中一樣食材（辣椒糊）是自己之前做好的辣椒再混合
清炒豆苗
甜椒炒杏鮑菇
蒸雜糧飯
紫菜湯
