早上7點就陽光炸廚房
害我要做麵包要煮飯都沒得躲
好不容易做好的麵包又跟我有狀況
讓我心痛痛到流目油
肚子此時咕咕叫，收拾心情煮菜去
-粥，是老爺7早8早交代要白色的⋯不要雜八郎顏色
哦哦⋯明白🤭我就放一個黑野米
-清炒芽菜，老爺5早6早交代炒鹹魚
哦哦⋯這個好辦
-罐頭脆瓜，味榮牌子（老爺的首選
-lohas椴木香菇鬆+biogreen五色三寶粉
-豆瓣醬素釀，這個是煮人自己喜歡的😂
自製素釀乾煎起鍋，煮醬汁再淋上即可
