之前買的白蘿蔔,看了現有食材
可以煮五行蔬菜湯
-有機連皮帶葉的白蘿蔔,有機牛蒡片,番茄,有機日本小香菇,昆布,玉米,胡椒粒少許,食材三倍的水一起煮滾,小火煮半小時(白蘿蔔軟)即可
這湯可以直接喝,也可以下麵條
說到嘴爛的種子循環療法
無粉葵花籽白芝麻薑黃薄片
食療需要耐心,因為有所改變所以持續進行
