煮飯時間不煮飯
跑去包雲吞
包了雲吞
我飽了😂
純素無素料雲吞
食材份量都大概
豆乾,黑木耳,香菇,辣椒,紅蘿蔔,小白菜
打碎,炒乾水份加調味
起鍋,另加有機藜麥片攪和給更加紮實(個人不喜歡加粉,所以常用燕麥片之類)
包雲吞,排好好,打冰去
