分享食譜,不是意味著自己廚藝有多了得,只是曾經走過那一段辛酸路。兩年前的零廚藝,對烹調料理一竅不通,燒的菜都被「退回」,淚往心裡流,但是有心想學習,必定能有成就。
如今廚藝確實也不行,所以每次嘗試了新的料理,都會把食材份量紀錄下來,才不至於忘記。就是因為廚藝不精,所以才需要做食譜備份給自己,也順便分享給初學者😊
分享今天第一次的嘗試,三杯肌。
食材:
猴頭菇1大碗、老薑片3~5片,辣椒1條切薄片,九層塔1把,枸杞1匙
調味料:
麻油1大匙、醬油1大匙、冰糖1小匙、素蠔油1匙、酒1大匙(不吃者可不加)、胡椒粉少許
作法:
1)猴頭菇解凍剝小塊備用。
2)冷鍋中倒入麻油,以小火燒熱後下薑片及辣椒稍煎。
3)下猴頭菇鋪平煎至微金黃,下醬油、冰糖、素蠔油、酒及胡椒粉拌勻,隨即加一碗水燒至湯汁收乾猴菇入味,最後下九層塔及枸杞,拌勻後即可起鍋享用。
