I tried fasting (with water) over the Ramadan season, and I managed to last 10 days. It wasn’t the hunger part that I struggled with, but the sleep! I will explain more in my next blogpost.
It will come with a full-on video diary of the first week, which has been very fun to put together. This was the first meal I had emerging from my fast: an açaí bowl with frozen berries and homemade coconut ginger granola.
