I’m in Singapore now, and experienced a full-on day yesterday at @gitnbasia’s The Conscious Festival.

So many amazing people I’ve met, which I will cover in another post! For now, here’s what I was gifted for lunch courtesy of the @dosiraksg booth. They specialize in Bibimbap and a third of their restaurant menu is plant-based. How awesome!

This is my Bibimbap with Pesto Tofu. Delicious fuel for a crazy day of non-stop networking! I’m so excited to see what else Singapore has to offer over the next couple of days.
