Didn’t think that I’d improve much after attending a cake decorating workshop this year but hey! I’ve discovered the wonders of the rotating tray! Made this hefty Pandan Semolina cake for the husband back in October. (I brought this over to the swimming club for him and the kids he coaches.) The icing is coloured with spirulina powder and smoothened out with the tray and a spatula. A bit of bleeding from the dragonfruit but I was just glad it was legible. Baby steps! 🐣
