At rare occasions, when I’m up to *here* with work, my fridge runs out of fresh produce. Those occasions, frozen veggies have saved the day.
I would always choose fresh over frozen. But I understand that some people truly need that sort of frozen convenience. And if that helps get some rainbow in you for now, do that! So a tip to all: keep that emergency stash of frozen veggies. I turn to Emborg for most of mine; they even have an organic variety.
