Didn’t expect to say this, but the ramen in Canterbury is top class!

Happy Samurai restaurant can veganise almost all of its noodle dishes and their soup stock is custom-ordered from Japan. This dish had just the right amount of unbelievably milky, creamy, soy-based soup. I think it was called ‘Everyone’s Favourite’. Self-explanatory.
