I was based at a hotel for work yesterday, and special arrangements were made for my meals. The first thing served to me was potato salad, and I could tell by smell that it wasn’t plant-based. My manager had a chat with the chef and indeed, the salad had sour cream.

The chef proceeded to explain what veganism was, without realizing that she was mixing it up with vegetarianism. The manager did her best to clarify and get the matter sorted. Bless @heyjasmineking for growing so much so quickly with me and being in my corner!

Shortly after, the chef sent this out for me. It was a treat!
