I’ve read up on the nutrients I should be highlighting in my diet to help in the healing process and I’m on it like a car bonnet.
An easy peasy meal of homemade black sesame sauce blended with blackstrap molasses, soy sauce, brown rice vinegar, water and some Udo’s Oil from @bhbhealth, on top of whole-wheat pasta, on top of crunchy fresh Brazilian spinach. Full of calcium, iron, protein and vitamin C for the toe, and made in 10 minutes! Even I can’t believe how easy it is to be healthy sometimes.
