This one is made of split pea, mung bean and just a wee bit of brown rice I had left in my pantry. Also made good use of some four angle bean that was laying around in my fridge for a week! Some mustard seeds, ground fennel, coriander, turmeric and cumin, fresh coconut milk and a couple of dates to sweeten it all up a tad. A meal full of protein, calcium, iron, folate and love.
