My Healing Diets course has allowed me to appreciate food in renewed ways. Never thought of turning a salad into a smoothie - complete with a teaspoon of Udo’s Oil! The outcome is a delicious way to get your greens down quick and easy. Looking forward to creating recipes of my own for liquid salads using the plethora of ‘ulam’ (Malaysian herbs) that are so plentiful in the local markets.
