⁣I was just about leaving a shopping mall to have a ‘chap fan’ lunch, when I passed this Vietnamese restaurant with a big sign that mentioned the V word. Curious, I asked the waiter to describe the options. Then I figured... why not?⠀

It was a decision I would not regret. The Bún Chã Giò (Fried Spring Roll with Vermicelli) came with springy cold noodles in a tangy dressing and crispy rolls stuffed with minced tofu. The impressive part was that as part of an anti food waste initiative, I could add on or reduce the meal portion according to what I needed, at no extra charge. No prizes for guessing what option I picked!⠀

Good on @anviet.my for catering to diners of all sorts of food preferences... and appetites!
