Three words I thought I’d never say:⠀ ⠀ I’VE MADE KIMCHI 🧡❤🧡❤⠀ ⠀ I was brought to life by homemade kimchi that someone brought to the first #FoodieFoodClub. I’m so fascinated by the fermentation process of food and figured it was worth a try myself. With all of its complex flavours, I was surprised with how relatively easy and cheap it is to make kimchi - and vegan too!
I think I’ll do this a few more times to gain some confidence and then I would love to share the recipe with you guys. Thank you everyone for your support and constant inspiration. It means everything.
