This year, we decided to upgrade our fridge to a bigger one to get into food preps. And to be honest, it’s a real game-changer. Getting a new fridge meant getting our entire kitchen area re-arranged and better organized for the husband to make his way around the kitchen independently. This chain reaction has taken a load off both our chests. Home cooking is now a lot less chaotic and stressful. Food preps have freed up our time during the week, and as a huge plus, has meant fewer dishes to wash daily. And we’ve only just gotten started! Here’s my 4-day ‘traffic light’ dinner prep for 2: pink hummus, herb roasted potatoes, and Brazilian spinach with barley and corn. I predict many more food prep ideas to be shared in the coming months!
