This special gut health diet that doesn’t include sugar, salt, non-organic, refined or processed food and anything fried has really gotten my kitchen muscles flexing! Thankfully I can now use cold pressed oils at least! Here’s my lunch of Brazilian spinach, cosmos (ulam raja), sliced kombu and a bed of sprouts, served with a basic dressing of lime, ginger and Udo’s Oil. I’m a sucker for sodium and it’s not easy to go saltless, but the health benefits I am feeling so far is worth it!
