So while @kwannrg was inspired by me to make ice cream, I was inspired by her to get jackfruit back into the kitchen! I love creativity exchanges.
Experimenting with a pulled BBQ jackfruit recipe and set it up with @bionaorganic amaranth bread, some red cabbage slaw using the @minimalistbaker’s vegan mayo recipe, and an Indonesian avocado that was sitting in my fridge for ages because I was waiting for ‘that moment’. (Thankfully most of it was still edible!)
All perfectly complimented with sawtooth coriander. A dream lunch!
