Basil Tempeh Stir Fry over a brown-red rice blend. It’s been a while since I’ve made this and having it again was a real treat. My original recipe includes red bell pepper and cauliflower, which I didn’t have, so I added tomato and French beans. I also didn’t have enough tempeh so I bulked it up with tofu.
