Heaps of leftover coconut mixture from dessert experimentation went into several dozens of biscuits distributed amongst 25 cleaning, gardening and security staff working at my condo and the office blocks next to us. A very small gesture that I hope helps them get them through a rainy day a tad easier. I’m thankful that I am able to give back a tiny bit during this time. If you don’t have the means, expressing a sincere “Thank you” to any frontliner you meet during this time is just as valuable. Let’s salute those who stay out so that we can stay safe.
