After all the hype, I wanted to try out pancake cereal... but didn’t want to get the pancakes soggy with milk! 😅A mix of normal and beetroot baby pancakes made gluten-free with buckwheat flour. Verdict? A cute way to eat pancakes, but not worth the extra time it takes to cook so many of them in smaller sizes! Ate them with a drizzle of rice malt syrup and some homemade peanut butter and stewed local mulberries.
