The day after my food order campaign, my stressed little body has been given the green light to menstruate after being a week late. It’s remarkable how responsive the human body is to the way you treat it. It has been an amazing run and I’m finally glad for the time to rest, resume my Healing Diets studies... and tend to the piles of laundry next to my bed 😅 Also looking forward to cooking regularly again! Lunch is Ginger Taucu (fermented soybean paste) Fried Rice with Edamame. Hope your week’s been going great so far!
