I guess I’ll call this a Deconstructed Jackfruit Satay Plate! Unripe chunks of jackfruit boiled for 20 minutes, then cooked in turmeric and other spices, served with Satay Sauce over Kelantan Red Rice. I’m grateful for local produce being so cheap and bountiful! Wishing all of my Muslim friends Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha.
