Playing around with Kaffir Lime Leaves and Black Sesame. I’m definitely onto something with this sauce! Will try it a couple more times before I’m confident enough to share. I’m gonna be real here: on its own, this hearty little bowl of Barley and Green Kernel Black Beans was tasty but a little on the dry side. I dumped the whole thing into a larger bowl with salad veggies and it was heaps more refreshing! This journey is forever Work In Progress.
