Homemade Wantan Mee with @therawpowerhouse’s oh-so-scrumptious Vegan Wontons. (The filling reminds me of traditional meat wantans you get with noodles at the kopitiam!) A perfect companion with @pinxinvegan’s sun-dried noodles tossed in dark and light soy sauces and toasted sesame oil, plus some Shiitake, blanched Choy Sum, and homemade seitan ‘Char Siu’ (Chinese BBQ pork).
