I wasn’t planning to take a photo of my lunch but I looked at it, tilted my ear towards my plate and heard a faint voice asking for one. ☺️ Leftover Bean Chili is so rewarding. A day or two in the fridge gives it time to ‘brew’ and the flavours come together much more coherently. I thawed out an old jar of cheese sauce and poured that on top alongside some cashew sour cream. The only thing that needed real cooking was some rice, and nom time was on! My chili this time was made of kidney beans.
