Hasselback potatoes might be my new favourite thing! A great way to enjoy both crispiness and softness in one bite. My Ulam Pesto works beautifully on them, and stirring into it a teaspoon of @organicule’s Chlorella adds a chockfull of nutrients including Vitamin A, Iron, Zinc and Omega 3 fatty acids.
