I had a tub of homemade satay sauce and was stumped on what to do with it until I saw @javanese_vegan’s photo of Gado Gado... Now why didn’t I think of that? Thanks for the inspo, Nora! Topped my sauce with my very first ripe Bird’s Eye Chili plucked off my balcony, and homemade Crispy Garlic Chili condiment. Then Tempeh, home-grown Beansprouts, Pumpkin, Kangkung and Mushroom. So filling and delicious.
